Refund & Return Policy

At Zoom Zaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Certain products, such as cosmetics, personal care items, intimate wear, or custom-made goods, are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at zoomzaardigital@gmail.com or call us at +91 98994 47370. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting details (such as pictures of damaged or incorrect products).

Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item shipped).

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Cosmetics and personal care products once opened or used.
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked “final sale.”
